Unfortunately the answer to this questions is almost always yes with a few exceptions. There is no need to worry though, Legacy Fence & Gate LLC is registered with all municipalities in our service area to pull building permits. We’ll handle everything for you. 

If a contractor tells you that you don’t need a building permit then chances are they are unlicensed and uninsured. You should always call your city or county building department to verify whether a building permit is needed or not. This will save you in the long run from having to pay additional permit fees and possible fines.
