Fence Installation Warranty

Legacy Fence & GATE LLC Workmanship warranty covers any workmanship defects in WOOD fence for a period of 1 YEAR and All other fence types for a period of 5 YEARS.

This Warranty does not apply to changes in appearance, dimension, and shape of the fence materials and hardware caused by aging and exposure to the elements, including, but not limited to, warping, crackling, splitting, or discoloration; and, damage caused as a result of normal wear and tear and damages caused by negligent or intentional acts of any individual and Acts of God. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES NOT SPECIFICALLY OUTLINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUDED, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness.

Warranty is non-transferable and is void unless used by original purchaser.
