Listed below are a few of the most common fencing frequently asked questions our customers ask when having a fence installed. How much is this going to cost?

At Legacy Fence & Gate LLC we strive to provide the most value for your dollar. We may not be the cheapest option but, like the saying goes; you get what you pay for. There are many factors involved in the pricing of your fence including; the type of material (vinyl, wood, chain link, etc.), the length of fence needed, gates, removal of old fence or clearing of fence line, and any permitting required. Do I need a permit for my fence in orlando?

Most of the time the answer is yes you will absolutely need to have a permit for your fence installation. You don’t need to worry about it though, we will handle everything for you.

What about underground pipes, cables, and wires?

Legacy Fence & Gate LLC handles this for you as well. On every fence installation project we utilize 811 Call Before You Dig location services to mark exactly where any underground utilities are located.

What type of warranty do you offer?

We are proud to provide our clients with the best materials and workmanship. We stand behind our name, and do not leave any customer unsatisfied. The workmanship warranty on our fence installations is one year from the date of install. Access control and specialty items have 90 days. Some our products also carry manufacturer’s warranties, please contact us for more information.
